These Terms govern your access to and use of Bhagwati Saree’s website and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Accounts & eligibility

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

2) Products, pricing & availability

We strive for accurate product descriptions and pricing; however, errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, change prices, or discontinue products without notice. Colors may vary due to display settings and dye lots.

3) Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product(s). We may cancel orders for suspicion of fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or regulatory issues; any payments captured will be refunded.

4) Payments & taxes

Payments must be made via approved methods at checkout. Prices are in INR (unless stated otherwise) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated. Applicable GST and duties will be shown at checkout.

5) Shipping, risk & title

Shipping timelines are as per our Shipping Policy below. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery at the address provided. Please inspect packages on delivery and report issues promptly.

6) Returns & refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy below. Items must meet eligibility conditions.

7) User content & reviews

By submitting reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share such content in connection with our services, subject to applicable law and our moderation standards.

8) Prohibited use

Do not misuse the website, breach security, infringe IP, submit unlawful content, or engage in fraud/abuse.

9) Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, images, text, and site content are the property of Bhagwati Saree or its licensors. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the site.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

12) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties may first attempt amicable resolution within 30 days before initiating litigation.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
