• International: 3–5 working days after dispatch to major destinations; customs clearance may extend timelines.

Shipping charges & duties

• Domestic: Charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on weight/value/pin-code.
• International: Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and fees (if applicable) are payable by the recipient as per destination country regulations.

Address & failed delivery

Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate and reachable. Courier attempts and holding periods vary by carrier; unclaimed/failed deliveries may be returned or re-shipped at additional cost.

Packaging & inspection

We use secure packaging. On delivery, please inspect the parcel. If tampered/damaged, refuse delivery or record proof (photos/video) and contact us within 24 hours.
