Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
- Include order invoice/number with the return.
- For hygiene and safety, the following are non-returnable unless defective on arrival: innerwear, masks, socks, accessories like bindis/tikkas, customized/altered items, and final-sale/clearance items.
Return process
- Request: Email support@watisaree.com within 15 days of delivery with order number, item(s), reason, and photos (if damaged/incorrect).
- Approval & pickup: Once approved, we will arrange pickup or share the return address. Items must be handed over within the stipulated window.
- Inspection: After we receive the item, quality check takes 2–4 working days.
Refunds
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (as you choose at the time of request).
- Refund timelines: typically 5–7 working days after QC approval; bank/card timelines may vary.
- Shipping fees, COD charges, and duties are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
- For international orders, any customs/duty paid by you is non-refundable by us; please check with your local authority.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/variant is unavailable, we will process a refund or store credit per your preference.
Damaged/incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We’ll prioritize replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support. Once shipped, please use the return process above.
